The Core Trust and CoreKids operate from an attractive row of converted cottages (c.1855) hidden away off the street in Marylebone. Lisson Cottages provides a quiet haven of calm and safety.

An amazing and unique garden was created at our offices in 2004. Generously funded by law firm Cameron McKenna, an oasis of calm and meditation developed outside our windows; a wonderful co-operative venture between ourselves, The Museum of London and Meanwhile Wildlife Garden (K & C Mind).

The garden design was an alliance between CORE and Panorama Landscapes. An colourful mosaic, which represents the time and changes that are part of the daily life of CORE, grew under the dedicated hands of our clients, using artefacts dating from pre-history. Medicinal herbs, decorative plants and fruit and vegetables plants are tended by clients at a weekly workshop.

Another joint venture resulted in a fascinating photographic exhibition. Together with Photoworks, a local charity, clients produced pictures on the theme of identity, a subject central to understanding addiction.

In 2005, the client areas and kitchen were extensively refurbished and re-equipped.
