Some Days in the Life of Core Garden Party Our annual garden party is a firm favourite with clients, ex-clients, key workers and staff. Celebrity guests, food and cakes, the famous tombola and stalls provide fun for all as well as a chance to catch-up with friends and colleagues. An excellent chance to find out more about The Core Trust. On this page are some of our press clippings The next event is the Garden Party 1pm July 9 th 2008 Awaydays A totally new undertaking was a climbing day, a great success with both clients and staff. The experience helped build confidence and team spirit and we hope to repeat this on as regular a basis as possible. Occasional 'days out' to Kew Gardens, the theatre, a river trip to Greenwich and the seaside help demonstrate the positive and fun side of recovery All these initiatives – and more – have helped to enhance the lives and opportunities of our clients. Plans are under way for other exciting ways of helping our clients develop a sense of self-worth and personal fulfilment. |
