GROUP THERAPY

These groups are run by one or two members of our clinical psychotherapy team supported by the clinical management, to focus on the needs of the individual and the group as a whole. They work towards everyone taking responsibility for their own actions, an understanding of what choices have been made and why and how each individual can move forward in life without drugs or alcohol.

These groups cover a range of issues that affect people as they change away from a life of addiction such as relapse prevention, housing issues, domestic violence, past childhood experiences, money worries and relationships.
